Overview
The Mitel External Assignment feature allows you to receive incoming workgroup (and regular) calls from your desk extension on a home phone or cell phone. This setup requires the Mitel Connect Client installed on your work computer.
Additional Information
While "External Assignment" is a great feature carried over from ShoreTel, it does not support the more roubust features provided by Mitel Connect for Mobile. Please see the article Mitel Connect for Mobile - Overview for more information.
